Special notes:
► Participating vendors shall pay 20% extra fee for booth with double entrances.
► Convention fee: RMB800/person (for convention materials, launch, beverage and souvenirs)
► Vacant space with an area of no less than 36㎡is available for leasing, yet with no settings. Exhibitors shall pay setting management fee and electricity box fee.
Procedures for participation:
Fill in Exhibition Application and Agreement, mail or fax it (sealed) to the organizing committee of the exhibition. Exhibitors shall remit or T/T [50% down payment or full payment] to the organizing committee within three days after the application. Distribution principle of the booths: “early application, early payment and early allotment”. After remitting all the fees, exhibitors shall fax the remittance warrants to the organizing committee for check.
After receiving Exhibition Application and Agreement and all the fees, the organizer will send Exhibition Brochure to the exhibitors.
After registration, the exhibitor can not regain the deposit paid if they withdraw half-way.
Publications of the exhibition:
Publications of the exhibition will be distributed by the organizers to the domestic and overseas industry players and relevant companies, among other, in addition to the departments in charge, relevant associations and guest merchants attending the exhibition during the exhibition period.
